The Moonrays Solar Powered Light is a lamp that has been designed to allow easy attachment to a wooden post or similar item, to provide your garden with eco-friendly light after dusk.
The Moonrays Solar Powered Light includes all the parts that are required for you to be able to install it and have it working in minutes. The lamp light includes the screws that will be required to affix the light to the post you require it on, and is also supplied with a rechargeable AA NiCd battery. The solar panel on the top of the lamp charges the battery during the day when there is sufficient light to charge by. Once dusk falls the light automatically turns itself on to provide your garden with illumination.
The lamp light uses a white LED as a bulb, this allows it to provide a bright light that requires very little electricity to power it. The lamp light does require some forethought in placement. Due to the solar panel being incorporated into the lamp design the light needs to be placed in a location where the solar panel will receive sunlight during the day, and yet be in a position that requires illumination at night.
The Moonrays Solar Powered Light is constructed from plastic can can be supplied with either a black or a metallic brushed copper finish. The black lamp light measures 10.5 cm (4.13 in) in height, where as the metallic brushed copper model of lamp light measures 14 cm (5.5 in) and so is a little taller. The lamp light can bring solar powered lighting to your garden in an attractive fashion that is easy to install.
